This class is designed to shift your yoga practice from a focus on passive stretching to cultivating stability and strength.
Too often, I see yogis pulling and stretching their tendons or ligaments in ways that lack engagement, leading to a disconnect between the body’s parts and the creation of a cohesive posture. This passive approach can result in persistent pains or unresolved issues, even with regular practice.
In this workshop, we’ll focus on training smarter, not harder. You’ll learn how to prime movement patterns that maximize muscle efficiency through a balanced approach to concentric, eccentric, and isometric training.
